We outsideeeee, but for the community!! We’re walking 2 miles through West Philly during the Annual Philadelphia Juneteenth Parade, passing out resource flyers from HBCU Bound and our amazing Sponsors along with giveaways to the community. This is both a community service + physical health initiative, so we’re showing up for the people and getting active while doing it. We will be live broadcasted on 6ABC, so this is real visibility and real impact. Think of it like a walking block party! Bring your energy, bikes, skates, jump ropes… whatever you got, bring it. Just come ready to move and engage. ⭐ What you get: • FREE HBCU Bound t-shirt • Waters and ice provided through duration of parade • A chance to be part of something meaningful and impactful ⚠️ Important: • Note this event takes place on Father’s Day • We’ll be done by 1 PM so you can still enjoy the rest of your day We’ll have a group meeting closer to the date, but everything you need (updates, details, etc.) will be sent through here. We’ll also be dropping Juneteenth facts + info so we all understand the history and why this day really matters to our community. We're excited to see you there!
