Please join AKAP at the North Portland Library as we celebrate Seollal, the Korean New Year celebration. 2026 is the year of the Horse. Seollal is an important holiday and a special time for hope, reflection and togetherness. We will be enjoying origami, games and traditional foods as we welcome the new year with joy.
