Not Shockboxx kicks off our debut collective show with Pray the Gay Away — a satirical, boundary-pushing exhibition that flips the bird at conversion therapy, homophobia, and the hypocrisy of trying to “fix” queerness.
The works in this show don’t hold back. Expect art that pushes buttons, rattles cages, and maybe even alarms folks, because sometimes the only way to confront hate is with humor, satire, and fearless honesty.
This is not a family-friendly show (leave the kids at home), but it is a celebration of queer voices, allyship, and the power of art to spark uncomfortable but necessary conversations.
Come for the chaos, stay for the conversation, and help us launch Hermosa’s newest no-fucks-given gallery.
Exhibit runs through October 25, 2025.
