By RSVPing, you are agreeing to hold harmless/waive any claim against anyone associated with the herein referenced party or event (Party) and it’s venue or service providers and talent (Hosts), except from gross negligence, which may arise from your attendance or participation at such Party. You also agree to indemnify hosts against any third party claim arising from you Party attendance. The Party is intended strictly as social event and the venue and Hosts do not represent anything or anyone to conform to commercial standards for public accommodations (e.g. railings, ramps, elevators, safety personnel, among other concerns, may not be to commercial or code standards but this is not a commercial or public event). By agreeing to this RSVP you assuming the risk of being on the property and participating in the event and release Hosts from any liability or obligation resulting in your participation or presence at Party. You hereby release any Photos which may include your likeness to be used or shared by Hosts in any future reference to the Party, for example but not limited to later sharing Party images on social media.
