Park in the gravel lot, and then take the sidewalk towards the front of the building - past the bbq grill, you’ll see a shark mural. Come around to the front of the building and enter through the first door with the circle AEDC logo on it.

Rebirth Wednesdays is a mid-week ecstatic dance in the original Austin practice style - nothing extra! Come experience transformation on the dance floor! This is a safe, inclusive container to create and nurture a gentle mind/body movement practice. The physical and energetic container held in the space, which includes overt consent guidelines and clear boundaries, helps our non-conscious mind relax and surrender. Come as you are; express yourself - for yourself - and allow yourself to be moved. A huge space, great sound and lots of room to explore how your body wants to move! — We use a rotating cast of music facilitators (DJ's) who craft each set as an invitation to surrender, to deepen, and to blossom in our aliveness, as we expand and contract over the course of each wave. These are full 5Rhythms waves, starting in Flowing, peaking in Chaos and landing in Stillness, with a 60 minute warmup and a 60-75 minute main wave -- Wear clothes that you feel comfortable moving in, knowing that you might sweat and need layers. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, filtered water is provided -- Schedule: 6:45 - Doors Open 7:00 - Warmup Dance starts 8:00 - Opening Circle 8:15 - Main Wave starts 9:30 - Closing Circle Pay at the door $20, $25 or $30 sliding scale, no one turned away for lack of funds
