🪷🧘♀️Flow State is an immersive yoga experience where breath, movement, and sacred sound meet. Led by international yoga teacher (RYT 500) and bhakti yoga monk Nikunja Vilasi Das (@nico.yoga.108), this workshop weaves together mindful flow, mantra, and meditation to help you drop out of the head and into the heart.
Through intentional movement and soulful chanting, we’ll explore how sound can guide the body, steady the mind, and open a deeper sense of connection—to ourselves, to one another, and to something greater.
No prior experience necessary. Come as you are, move as you can, and allow the vibration of mantra to support presence, peace, and inner clarity.
✨🍑✨ Let’s Talk About Sex: Sex and Mindfulness will provide insight and guidance about how to tap into your senses before, during, and after sex. Lead by queer peer educator Mac Yepes (@pleasurefreedomfairy) and special guest domme, Goddexx Vivacious (@flowingfrequency), informed by somatic sensory practices and mindfulness, we will explore some techniques that will you help you stay grounded and present in your pleasure. we will also explore sensory play as a exercise that helps you connect to your body deeply, paired with an optional wax or fire demonstration 🔥✨🕯️
✨🪡🧵 Thread Therapy is a group session where you are invited to join us in learning, sharing, and discussing different techniques of mending & alteration, sewing patterns & designs, + patchwork & up-cycling; all while you make new friends & build connections! Willa (@thescreamingcloset) will be set up with her sewing machine for the entirety of the event (2PM-7PM) accepting projects and answering questions, offering open studio time before & after class (5PM-6:30PM) & also selling 1-of-1 custom pieces!
