Clay Date: A Creative Speed-Dating Experience Clay Date is part of a curated dating series designed to create intentional spaces for different corners of the queer community to meet and connect. Each edition highlights a specific group so people can gather in a way that feels aligned and affirming. This edition centers poly, ENM (ethically non-monogamous), and pansexual queer singles. Dating doesn’t have to feel rushed or performative. At Clay Date, connection happens a little differently. Instead of sitting across from someone trying to come up with the perfect thing to say, you’ll have clay in your hands something to sculpt, play with, or simply fidget with while conversations unfold naturally. Throughout the evening you’ll rotate and meet 3-4 different people, allowing everyone the opportunity to connect in a low-pressure, structured but relaxed environment. We’ll provide conversation prompts to help break the ice, but you’re always welcome to let things flow organically. This space is intentionally neurodivergent-friendly, soft, and welcoming. Whether clay becomes a creative tool or simply something grounding to keep your hands busy, it helps create an environment where conversations feel easier. You might meet: • a love interest • a new boo • or simply a new friend What to expect ✨ Meet 5–6 different people ✨ Guided conversation prompts ✨ Clay to sculpt, play with, or fidget with ✨ A cozy, intentional atmosphere ✨ Drinks available for purchase from Lovejoy’s Event Details • 3-hour curated experience • Limited to 30 guests • No clay experience required ✨ Come curious. Come open. Come ready to connect. Tickets are limited — secure your spot early.
