We are turning the block fest into a moving block party. Kids are not only welcomed but encouraged to participate! Decorate your bike. Build your crew. Ride through the neighborhood with music, JLG for DC signs, streamers, bells, lights, and maximum energy. This is part bike parade, part community celebration, part fundraiser, and a GREAT time. 🏆 Prize for Best Decorated Bike (JLG Merch and TROPHY) - Award ceremony by Janeese Lewis George at 1:30pm, Stead Park. 🎨 Don’t have decorations? We’ll have decorating supplies and build stations before the ride starting at 12 am at Stead Park, FREE, but donate what you can to help get team JLG to the finish line. 🚲 PARADE ROUTE: Stead Park → Dupont Circle Farmers Market → Adams Morgan (18th Street) → back to the Dupont Block Fest (Stead Park) Bring: ✨ bikes ✨ friends ✨ lights ✨ JLG for DC signs ✨ bells ✨ streamers ✨ neighborhood pride Bring vibes, 2-wheels, and community.
