Come join us on your lunch break for a free jazz show as part of the Live! Concert Series on the Plaza. The DC Starlight Orchestra is a jazz big band composed mostly of Federal employees in the Washington DC area, performing charts from the swing era to today at a variety of events, including community music concert series, nonprofit fundraisers. The band started in the early 1990s and has continuously provided musical entertainment with a rotating set of musicians. We believe in the power of music to bring people together in spirit and in harmony and we want to share the beauty and history of jazz with you.
