We’re kicking off NFL season with a combine-inspired experience built for former athletes, weekend warriors, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone looking to reconnect with their competitive side.
Rediscover the joy of competition, challenging yourself, and remembering what it feels like to move with purpose.
We’ll work through a series of combine-inspired challenges designed to test your strength and athleticism in a fun, supportive environment.
After the competition/testing, we’ll intentionally shift gears into guided recovery, breathwork, and stretching, giving your body the time and attention it deserved after every practice and every game, but rarely received.
You’ll leave feeling challenged, connected, and restored not just physically, but mentally as well.
Whether you played sports growing up or simply want to experience movement in a new way, this event is designed for every fitness level.
