Step into Threshold, a celebration of crossing. Each year at Texas Immersive Institute, our community stands at a moment of transition: students preparing to enter the workforce, research projects launching into the world, ideas evolving into impact. Threshold marks that moment. For one evening, the 5th floor of CMA transforms into a living landscape of immersive experiences. Move through four distinct thresholds and explore mixed reality worlds, generative AI installations, spatial sound environments, participatory storytelling, and speculative futures. Meet the creators. Demo the work. Experience projects that will travel from Austin to Los Angeles to Athens, Greece this summer.
