˜▾˜School's back in session and Dorm Room Fund is coming to the Dutch Goose to kick it off right. Join us for an open bar, plenty of food, and a chance to meet the OG student-run venture fund.
We're bringing two absolute legends for a live AMA:
🎤 Lauren Reeder — Sequoia Capital, DRF alumna
🎤 Jess Leão — a16z, DRF alumna
Come ask your burning questions about VC, building as a student founder, and what actually makes an investor say yes. Then stick around to meet the DRF team, current founders, alumni, and the next generation of builders over drinks, food, and great conversation.
The Plan:
🕕 6:00–6:20 — Arrivals & DRF Welcome
🎙️ 6:20–6:40 — VC AMA with Lauren & Jess
❓ 6:40–6:50 — Open Q&A
🍻 6:50–8:00 — Happy Hour & Networking
Whether you're curious about VC, building your own thing, or just want free food with sharp people, this is your spot.
P.S. — DRF is actively recruiting for our SF & West Coast investment team. Applications close October 1, 2026, so come meet us and see if it's a fit. 👀
RSVP now, this one always fills up fast!
Huge thanks to our sponsors for making this possible: Brown Rudnick, JP Morgan, and SVB.
