❄️🎄 We wish you a Moonie Christmas! 🌙🎁☃️ 🎉 Join us as we return to the hallowed halls of the @stowawaydtla for a Christmas celebration on Saturday, December 21st! 🎅 We’ll be dancing to a mix of classic Christmas tunes, anime favorites, and everything in between that’s merry and bright. This time we’ll also be revisiting our mission to give back by raising funds for @voicesbeyondassault, a survivor-led and woman-founded organization built to assist survivors of sexual violence to transform trauma into triumph. 🩵 While Sailor Moon and other series have inspired our joy and creativity & joined us together in a wonderful community, they’ve also taught us to fight for love and justice, the power of friendship, and that a better world is possible. 🌙 We’ll be accepting sliding scale donations at the door to help raise funds for VBA in addition to hosting a White Elephant Prize Raffle with to-be-revealed items. 💝 🎀 There are plenty of volunteer positions available ranging from helping with the donation table to prepping decorations, performances, guests, and raffle curation. If you’re interested in donating your time, please reach out via DM! We look forward to celebrating the holiday spirit with our fellow scouts for a great cause. As always, cosplay is encouraged – especially with a Christmas or winter theme! 🎄
