In the days leading up to Valentine’s Day, we invite you into an evening of turning inward toward the love that lives beneath expectation, performance, and effort.
This gathering includes:
🧘🏻♀️ a gentle guided meditation
📓 reflective journaling + a love-letter ritual
💖 a love altar ✨
🥣 an immersive soundbath featuring gong, bowls, sitar, and more designed to support rest, emotional release, and integration
Rather than focusing on romantic love, this experience centers love as presence which is something already within you, waiting to be remembered. We will embody love of the self, love of the Divine, or our Beloved, and love for love's sake.
Bring a journal, yoga mat, blanket(s), pillow(s), an offering for the altar (optional // it can be a photo of a loved one, sentimental item, flowers, or crystals).
