Anyone can join, regardless of writing experience. We’ll start with a brief 5 minute guided meditation, followed by 25 minutes of writing time — writing prompt provided. Mid-way a second prompt will be dropped into the chat, in case you need more. We’ll wrap with chats/shared/or simple head nods to your fellow journalers. Bring your favorite cozy beverage, pen and notebook and let’s get to writing from our hearts intention.
