***BACKYARD EDITION!!!*** Join us for a night of twinkly lights, art of all kinds, food, drinks, trivia, and neighborly joy! Doors open 7pm Open mic starts 7:30pm ***Hosted in collaboration with The Amorous Newt! 🎙️Alex, Michaela, Jess, Sandy, and Jonica are proud to present our Community Open Mic! 🎙️ This event is a low stakes community hang where you have the opportunity to share your talents - and maybe try something new! - or just sit back and be entertained in a supportive, joyous environment. There will also be ✨trivia✨with a chance to win a prize! 🎙️ ALL TYPES OF PERFORMANCE ART ARE WELCOME. Have a song with sheet music or chords? A dance number? A clowning bit? A comedy routine? A poem? Original music? We’d love to experience it! 🎙️An extra bit of fun: pieces at the open mic will be considered for future cabaret shows (paid gigs!) 🎙️$5 cover at the door to help cover costs and fund future events (or bring a snack to share!). Hosts will also provide some food to share, and drinks are available for purchase. We can’t wait to see you!
