30 minutes synced Vinyasa flow, then 30 minutes of Yin to wind down. All
levels welcome — instructors will offer modifications throughout.
Hosted in partnership with Bananas, a DC community focused on real-world
activities and in-person connection. Mats and props provided. Wear
something comfortable.
