Global Chief Information Security Officer, ZS Andre Elder is a seasoned cybersecurity executive who brings a deep technical foundation and broad global leadership experience to the panel. He began his career in the United States Air Force, serving as a cryptologist in support of the National Security Agency (NSA). Over his career, Andre has built and led enterprise-wide cyber operations, systems architecture, and risk management programs across industries such as retail, consumer electronics, life sciences, and healthcare. In his current role, he partners with executive leadership to modernize security for an AI-driven threat landscape, focusing on scaling capabilities and transforming security into a true business enabler.
Panel Expert - Dov Yoran
CEO & Co-Founder, Command Zero Dov Yoran is a distinguished cybersecurity entrepreneur, executive, and investor with over 25 years experience pioneering advanced defense technologies. He is the CEO and Co-Founder of Command Zero, a platform leveraging autonomous agent networks to radically accelerate complex cyber investigations in large enterprise environments. Prior to this, Dov co-founded ThreatGRID, the industry's first unified malware analysis and threat intelligence platform, serving as its CEO until its successful acquisition by Cisco. Following the acquisition, he joined Cisco’s Security Business Group as a senior executive driving global strategy, technology business development, and corporate growth. A recognized authority across the security ecosystem, Dov is a Founding Member of the Cloud Security Alliance, a founder/partner at MetroSITE Group, and has served on boards and advisory committees for numerous high-growth cyber startups, including as Founding Chairman of Polar Security (acquired by IBM). He holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management with an Information Security concentration from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science from Tufts University.

Security Specialist. Hani Kaldas is a distinguished cybersecurity leader with extensive experience securing complex financial and technological ecosystems. Most recently, he served as the Director of Cyber Security at BlackRock for over seven years, where he oversaw critical security infrastructure. Hani currently focuses on the security of emerging technologies, specifically shaping guardrails and securing AI systems to navigate the evolving threat landscape.

Chief Security Officer, CLEAR. Jon Schlegel is a seasoned cybersecurity executive with over 27 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. A retired Lieutenant Colonel with 25 years of active military service, Jon has led offensive and defensive cyber teams defending the United States against sophisticated cyber threats for state and federal government organizations. In addition to his leadership at CLEAR, he serves as an adjunct professor, sharing his deep expertise in cybersecurity strategy and operations.

Chief Information Security Officer / Chief Security Officer Michael Antico is a dynamic technology and security leader with an extensive track record of safeguarding large-scale organizations and building high-performing global teams. He has served as the CISO for CLEAR (Alclear), guiding security and identity platforms in a fast-paced environment. Michael's deep expertise in cybersecurity operations and operational risk management is backed by an impressive tenure holding high-level security leadership positions at major financial institutions, including CISO at BNP Paribas, CISO at Santander Bank, and Global Head of Information Security Risk & Operations at Lehman Brothers. He holds a degree from Seton Hall University.
