Aviso sobre Fotografías y Videos
Al registrarse y confirmar su asistencia a este evento, usted reconoce y acepta que se tomarán fotografías y videos durante toda la reunión. Estas imágenes y grabaciones podrán ser utilizadas por las anfitrionas del evento, pequeños negocios colaboradores, vendedores y socios del evento para recuerdos, resúmenes del evento, material promocional y contenido compartido en redes sociales, sitios web y otras plataformas oficiales.
Estamos muy agradecidas de contar con su presencia y apreciamos su comprensión y apoyo al permitirnos capturar y compartir la alegría de este encuentro tan especial.

Horarios Importantes
* Registro (Check-in): 2:50 p. m.
* Inicio del evento: 3:00 p. m.
Le pedimos llegar puntualmente para respetar el tiempo de todas las asistentes, mantener el programa establecido y comenzar a disfrutar de los alimentos a más tardar a las 3:10 p. m.

Requisitos de Registro e Ingreso
Para completar y confirmar su registro, cada asistente deberá seleccionar y cumplir UNA de las siguientes opciones:
Contribuciones para el Potluck
Puede elegir una de las siguientes opciones:
* Llevar un platillo principal o acompañamiento comprado en tienda.
* Llevar un postre o botana comprados en tienda.
* Los postres y botanas están limitados a 7 lugares cada uno.
* Una vez que se llenen los 7 lugares, esta opción se cerrará.
* Llevar bebidas compradas en tienda.
* Las bebidas están limitadas a 4 lugares.
* Una vez ocupados esos lugares, esta opción se cerrará.
* Llevar flores frescas o follaje para nuestra estación de arreglos florales.
* Las flores deberán ser sin espinas.
Opción de Donación
Si prefiere no llevar alimentos ni flores, puede realizar una donación de $10 dólares.

La donación deberá enviarse al momento de registrarse para que su asistencia pueda ser aprobada.
Por favor complete todas las preguntas del formulario de registro para que podamos comunicarnos con usted por correo electrónico, mensaje de texto o Instagram. Esto es especialmente importante para quienes elijan la opción de donación, ya que necesitaremos confirmar el pago y finalizar su registro.
Una vez que su contribución haya sido seleccionada y aprobada, recibirá la ubicación oficial del evento.

Qué Traer
Por favor traiga:
* Una cobija o manta para picnic.
* Un suéter.
* Un rosario.
Durante el evento rezaremos el Santo Rosario en latín. Será un gusto que nos acompañe en la oración.
Aunque le animamos a familiarizarse con el Rosario en latín, también puede:
* Llevar una traducción impresa, o
* Seguir las oraciones desde su teléfono durante el evento.

Normas de Asistencia
* Este es un evento exclusivamente para mayores de 18 años.
* No se permite la asistencia de niños ni menores de edad, excepto madres que estén amamantando.
* No se permiten acompañantes (“plus one”) con un solo registro.
* Si alguien más desea asistir, por favor comparta el enlace de registro para que complete su inscripción de manera individual.
Invitamos con mucho cariño a que las asistentes traigan a sus mamás y abuelitas para compartir este hermoso encuentro.
Importante: No es necesario ser mexicana para asistir. Mujeres de todas las culturas y nacionalidades son cordialmente bienvenidas.

Código de Vestimenta y Etiqueta del Evento
Les pedimos respetar el código de vestimenta modesto en colores rojo y blanco, de acuerdo con la temática del evento.
También les invitamos a asistir con un espíritu de caridad, alegría y fraternidad para que podamos disfrutar juntas de una hermosa convivencia.
¡Habrá varias sorpresas especiales esperándolas, y estamos muy emocionadas de compartir este día con todas ustedes!

Photo & Video Notice
By registering for and confirming your invitation to this event, you acknowledge and consent to photographs and videos being taken throughout the gathering. These images and recordings may be used by the event hosts, collaborating small businesses, vendors, and event partners for event memories, recaps, promotional materials, and content shared on social media, websites, and other official platforms.
We are grateful to have you as part of this gathering and appreciate your understanding and support in helping us capture and share the joy of this special event.

Registration & Entry Requirements
To complete and confirm your registration, each attendee must select and fulfill ONE of the following options:
Potluck Contributions
* Bring a store-bought main dish or side dish for our potluck table.
* Bring a store-bought dessert or snack item.
* Dessert and snack contributions are limited to 7 slots each.
* Once 7 attendees have selected this option, registration for this category will close.
* Bring store-bought drinks.
* Drink contributions are limited to 4 slots.
* Once 4 attendees have selected this option, registration for this category will close.
* Bring fresh flowers or greenery for our bloom bar.
* Flowers must be thorn-free.
Donation Option
If you prefer not to bring a potluck item or flowers, you may submit a $10 donation:

* Donation must be sent at the time of registration for approval.
Please complete all RSVP questionnaire fields so we can contact you through email, text, or Instagram. This is especially important for those selecting the donation option, as we will need to provide payment details and confirm your registration.
Once your contribution option has been selected and approved, you will receive the official event location.

What to Bring
Please bring:
* A picnic blanket
* A sweater
* A rosary
We will be praying the rosary in Latin during the event. You are welcome to pray along with us.
While learning the rosary in Latin is encouraged, you may:
* Bring printed translations, or
* Follow along on your phone during the event.

Attendance & Guest Guidelines
* This is a strictly 18+ event.
* No children or minors are permitted unless you are a nursing mother.
* Plus ones are not allowed with a single registration.
* If someone would like to attend, please send them the registration link so they can complete their own registration separately.
We warmly encourage women to invite their mothers and grandmothers to join us for this beautiful gathering.
Please note: You do not need to be Mexican to attend. Women of all cultural backgrounds are warmly welcomed and invited.

Please adhere to the strict red and white modest dress code outlined in the event theme guidelines.
We kindly ask that everyone arrive with a charitable, joyful, and welcoming spirit as we gather in community.
