A morning to move, nourish, and reset.
Join us for a thoughtfully curated experience designed to support your energy, well-being, and connection to self and others. We’ll begin with an embodied movement session to gently awaken the body, followed by a hands-on cooking experience where we’ll prepare a vibrant, nourishing meal together.
We’ll then gather to share the meal in community, closing with an uplifting practice to leave you feeling grounded, restored, and recharged.
This is a space to slow down, connect, and take care of yourself—alongside other mums doing the same.
