Our organization secures venue rentals, supplies, food, and event materials in advance, and these costs cannot be recovered once purchased.  Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only when requested at least 48 hours prior to the event and only under specific circumstances. After this window, no refunds will be issued.
