Welcome to Los Feliz Queer Book Club! We meet every first Tuesday of the month. Feel free to invite friends. You are welcome even if you don’t finish (or even start) the book!

For June (PRIDE!), we're reading The Stonewall Reader, edited by The New York Public Library. This book is an anthology chronicling the tumultuous fight for LGBTQ+ rights in the 1960s and the activists who spearheaded it.

If you need to find the book, I highly recommend using the Pango app, which is just like Poshmark but for books (so you are buying used from an individual). I also recommend thriftbooks.com or your local library! The LA library card gets you access to the Libby app for audiobooks as well.

We will gather at Alcove on Hillhurst in Los Feliz. The seating is mostly open-air/outdoor. There are heaters but plan to dress accordingly. There is a full menu of food, drinks, baked goods, and there is even a full bar at night for anyone who wants alc drinks.

Plenty of metered street parking out front or neighborhood street parking nearby.
