BRIDGING WORLDS: A Cross-bay Cross-community Chinese Diaspora Connection Gathering (中文活动介绍在下面) In this very very very special in-person event facilitated by Xuel and Tian Tian, we are going to have a bilingual, cross-community mixer that is designed for you to get out of your bubble, connect with Chinese diaspora folks from a different immigration background, explore your inner processes and narratives when hearing and/or speaking Chinese versus English, and practice empathetic connection and authentic self-expression. Authentic Relating 真诚连接真诚连接是一种注重真实表达和深度人际连结的练习。它的起源可以追溯20世纪60年代西方的人本主义心理学流派，学者们越来越重视人在关系中的自我表达和真实互动的需求，强调人在互动中的情感表达、同理心、非评判的聆听等能力。到了20世纪70年代末到80年代初，心理学家马歇尔·卢森堡发展了“非暴力沟通”（Nonviolent Communication, NVC）方法，同样倡导真诚的自我表达和对他人的接纳理解，对于真诚连接的形成有着深远影响。到了2000年后，一些现代的“真诚连接”团体和组织开始形成，著名的有circling institute 等。 T- Group 训练小组 T Group来自于斯坦福商学院，是一种以人际关系和群体动力为核心的训练，通过放大参与者当下的感受和内在活动、实时互动和反馈帮助我们走到人际交往的更深一个境界，感受到看见彼此和被看见的力量。练习T Group除了可以增加我们的自我认知、提高情感智能等，还可以疗愈我们过去在人际关系或群体活动中形成的自我保护机制、羞耻感、自动投射，帮助我们走向更真更光明的自己。期待联结到你💛
