In this beginner-friendly aerial yoga class, you’ll build strength, flexibility, and confidence while learning to move safely in the silks. You’ll be introduced to foundational skills like basic climbs, wraps, and transitions, with the opportunity to explore gentle inversions and get comfortable being upside down. Expect a fun mix of conditioning, supported poses, and stretching.
Prerequisites: None—perfect for those with zero to little aerial silks experience.
Class: $43 per person (75 min class)
