Come enjoy a FREE contemporary dance class with Coco! (No experience required!) With a degree in dance from the University of Central Florida and 10+ years of professional performance and teaching experience, she has taught students ranging from 3-80 years old with all different levels of experience and abilities. Her biggest passion in life is spreading the joy of dance to anyone and everyone. She has worked with students with all different body types, mobile ability, and backgrounds. The hour and a half class will begin with a light warmup and stretch, then move on to learning a short contemporary combination, to then ending class with a chance to record you and your friends! Attire should be whatever makes your body feel comfortable and confident with movement and stretching. Remember to bring a water bottle! There is street parking around the studio but plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early to find the space and prepare for class.
