We are so excited to kick-off summer break with this ultimate ice cream social! Who's Invited: All JLSC member families and Swim Team Only members (and their families) are free of charge. Mandatory RSVP Requirement: Indicate the JLSC member family's last name, number of adults attending (including guests), number of kids attending (including guests) and total number attending (including guests) via this link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1J0uhtpekdzKcGhH8dbz7qoXwLKgG4ykLGexnSL5ks0o/edit?usp=sharing Please kindly RSVP by June 16th. Guest Information: SWIM TEAM ONLY MEMBERS: no guests other than the immediate family members of the swim team member are permitted. JLSC MEMBERS: Free/Member Splash guest passes cannot be used for this event. Each JLSC MEMBER FAMILY can bring up to 4 guests (adults/kids) total. The first guest is free. Each additional guest is $5, so the maximum a family will pay out of pocket for 4 guests is $15. Guests will NOT be checked in via Member Splash, there will be a separate sign-in sheet for guests at the check-in desk. Cash or JLSC Venmo (@juniperlaneswimclub) accepted for guest payments that exceed one adult or kid per JLSC MEMBER FAMILY. SWIM TEAM ONLY members, allowed to bring family members only, not further guests. Donations: As this event is free for JLSC members, please consider donating (food or time) using this Sign Up Genius link: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/8050C4BAEAE2AA2F85-64290971-last#/ Donation Drop-Off: Please bring all food/supply donations to the JLSC guard shack on Tuesday, June 16th between 6pm-7:30pm, the guard shack freezer/fridge is available for donations that need to stay cool. We want to make sure all supplies are on-site prior to the event. Work Bond: Fulfill your work bond by volunteering time during the event (see Sign Up Genius link above). Assignments include setting up, checking in guests, scooping ice cream, helping with toppings, running ice cream (guard shack to pavilion) and/or cleaning up. Note, the pool will open at 3:30pm the day of the event. Looking forward to kicking off the summer in style
