Let's get together and do some or all of the following:
1. Wear our best therapist costumes - cardigans!!!
2. Sip tea (or coffee - either way, cozy drinks are on us!!!! yay free stuff)
3. Get BAGELS
4. Confess our # of unsigned notes (just me??)
5. Agree to disagree about theoretical orientation
6. Share our favorite therapy memes
7. Exchange contact info & refer to each other...or just send more therapy memes
Structure: informal - we're all somewhere between amazing and not-disastrous at group facilitation, so we got this
FAQs:
1. I'm not licensed BUT I'm in grad school for therapy - can I come? Yes!
2. I am not a therapist but am a huge fan - can I come? Not to this one, but thank you so much for your support!
3. I'm not a licensed mental health therapist but I am a coach or another type of therapist (physical therapist, speech therapist, etc.) - can I come? This one's for mental health therapists, but feel free to DM me and let me know you are interested in an event for your field!
4. Any type of licensed or soonish-to-be-licensed mental health therapist (psychologist, psychiatrist, social worker, LMFT, mental health counselor, etc.)? Yes!
This event is for young adults ages 21-40.
