DEFROST! is an elevated after-hours gathering bringing together contemporary art, music, and culture in the heart of Los Angeles during Frieze Week. Hosted at MTLE Studios, this inside-outside experience blends curated gallery exhibitions with high-energy, open-air programming β where the gallery meets the block party.
Expect a carefully curated lineup of visual artists, live art activations, DJs, and performances, all designed to keep the energy flowing throughout the night. Creative direction, programming, and production are led by Blackbird Studios, with music curated by Familiar Faces, setting the tone for a night rooted in culture, community, and sound.
