Also happing that weekend is the French Quarter Festival (my favorite ✨) which is in my opinion the best time to visit New Orleans,
not too hot, no hurricanes, TONS of free music, lots of locals and amazing food.

The celebration kicks off with a full day of food and music at NOLA’s annual French Quarter Festival

7pm - 9pm Meet & Greet at Observatory Eleven
Meet up at the amazing bar in the lobby on the 11th floor of the Westin Hotel. Show up any time.
10p - until… Karter’s Bourbon Street Birthday Bar Crawl…
aka Karter’s Bourbon Street take over. Dancing required!

Hop the ferry across the river to Algiers Point for the main event of the weekend.

11am Bike Ride to City Park
Grab a blue bike near where you are staying then meet us at the corner of Basin & St Louis Streets in front of the Saint Louis Cemetery and we will all ride together. Take off is at 11:15am. Download the app & RSVP

Bring your own Bag or Box Lunch and sit around New Orleans oldest tree - the McDonogh Oak, estimated to be around 800 to 900 years old and explore the park's ancient groves. btw there’s is a Cafe Du Monde in City Park but coffee and Beignets ONLY.
