Step into a living prayer of movement, music, and elemental connection. As we gather within the sacred geometry of the Peace Dome at The Ecology Center, PULSE invites you to honor the longest day of the year—cleansing in ceremony and returning to pure presence, breath, and body.
The Solstice Journey
• Rooting & Intention: The journey begins with intention and movement meditation. We root into the fertile Earth and plant seeds into the heart center—the Bindu of the body mandala. Harnessing the radiant solar energy of the solstice, this point of origin becomes our compass, allowing what lives within us to take form through breath, movement, and flow.
• Sonic Blooming: The PULSE band creates sonic landscapes in live improvisation, tuning into the vibrant, sun-drenched energy of the flow as it blossoms. As the movement evolves, the structure dissolves into a streaming consciousness of embodied poetry, the music live-weaving a tapestry of tension and transformation.
• The Zenith: Like the summer sun at its peak, the rhythm erupts into a high-energy celebration dance—a soulful expression of what it means to be human in all its rawness, abundance, and creative beauty.
• Landing & Integration: We land in a multidimensional and multi-instrumental ambient sound bath—a ceremony of remembrance and a return to the sacred intelligence of the body. The experience concludes with facilitated somatic integration to ground your breakthroughs into your daily life.
