Free Community Sound Bath

°ᴗ°We are back with Sound + Flow: The Free Community Sound Bath. This is a free event for everyone. Meet us at Eastover Park in front of The Mint Museum on Randolph Rd. We will be meeting on the lawn past the brick wall.
We will be opening with a yoga flow by Lady Vi at 1 PM. Followed by a Soundbath at 1:20 PM featuring Lex Amara and Desiree.
This is your session, feel free to write, sit, lie down, play or stretch during the sound bath. Singing bowls will be used during the sound healing. Everyone is welcome. We look forward to seeing you.
Donations are appreciated but not expected.
Things to Bring:
* yoga mat
* water bottle
* journal
* snacks
* someone that needs to have a chill day outside
Parking/Accessibility: Free parking is available at The Mint Museum. We will be on the lawn a short walk away.
