Day of Refuge in Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha
You’re invited into a day of silence and shared practice—a space to step out of momentum and rest with what is present.
Together we cultivate mindful awareness: learning to relax, open, and meet experience directly, with a non-reactive, compassionate presence. Not just to settle, but to look closely—to realize the intrinsic stillness and clarity within experience itself.
The day includes guided meditation, silent sitting and walking, and optional one-on-one guidance. Milo teaches extended silent retreats, including three-month immersions, and brings a style that is spontaneous, gentle, and clear—pointing directly to the awakened nature of our own experience.
Held mostly in silence, with time to connect over lunch, the day unfolds in a simple, nourishing field of practice and community.
Come as you are. All experience levels welcome.
