In the season of giving thanks it is important to carve out time to reflect and express. We will have a gentle yet invigorating yoga flow to move energy through our bodies and open our hearts so we’re ready to write! We will then have guided writing prompts and exercises to use our creative expression and tap into gratitude. No writing or yoga experience necessary. This is a judgement free space and your writing can stay completely private if desired. This is for yourself - we will not be workshopping each other’s writing. All yoga mats and props provided. Bring a notebook and a pen, but I will have extra if you need! 🧡🧡🧡
