Class begins with a 45 min Pilates based mat stretch led by certified Instructor Cheyenne. These stretches will prepare you for the skate moves we will be working on this day. Bring a yoga mat/towel, these will not be provided. Beginners welcome!
Skate class is lead by @dance.skate Instructor, Alyssa. The lesson will be beginner choreo from Morgan Weske’s dance.skate library! Prerequisites for skating: must be able to skate forward, backwards & have one foot balance.
