Dr. Andra Opalinski, a Glenn member and Professor at Nursing at Mercer University, will lead a session on building resiliency for students, teaching practical skills about how to handle academic pressure and cope well with stress. Dr. Opalinski is an expert in this subject matter and a deeply kind and compassionate person. Come and learn from her and your peers about ways to be your best self this semester! Dinner provided.
