QRC Beach2Beach Run
run: 3-5 mile flat, paved out and back from manhattan beach to hermosa beach - choose your distance!
all paces (including walking) welcome!
post-run social: beach picnic! bring a snack, drink, utensils, plates, etc. for sharing. there’s a vons a few blocks away for easy post-run pickup!
parking: there are several lots a few blocks from the pier. costs up to $2.50/hour with 2-5 hour limits.
public transit: can take the beach cities transit 109 line to the pier - connects to metro, torrence transit, gardena bus lines, and palos verdes peninsula transit authority
uv index is expected to be very high (8-10) so sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, other sun protection highly encouraged! can’t wait to run with y’all ❤️🔥
