We will be meeting at a specific parking lot at Dockweiler Beach pass the bonfire pits. The cross streets are Vista Del Mar & W Grand Ave.
A grounding site for souls and beings who carve out time to focus and connect to their higher power and energy states. The world has a way of meshing all our thoughts and emotions with little to no time for self-reflection, gratitude and acceptance. Join us as we reclaim control, diving into a collection of interactive techniques to repurpose our true selves, our passions and our goals for the coming month. Circuits of active exercises/stretches followed up with a yoga session and ending with mediation and intention setting.
Activewear & hydration is highly encouraged as well as something comfortable to practice on (i.e. yoga mat or blanket). A Journal and writing utensil is highly encouraged as well. Sunglasses optional.
