We are living through deep and foundational shifts. Systems are collapsing and reorganizing. Many of us may feel the weight of this in our bodies before we can name it in words.
In this, we see that tending cannot be held by just a few. These times call for the medicine of community care, reverence & right relationship. It requires spaces that are intentionally held where the nervous system can find resource, where our collective prayers can move, and where we remember that we are not meant to carry burdens alone.
Reset & Recharge is a ceremonial energy work experience and multi-practitioner group effort to meet these times.
Each facilitator brings their own distinct medicine, creating a layered and responsive field of care.

For nearly two years, Reset & Recharge has continued to serve the community through energetic attunement and resourcing others to find and be the medicine through the Art of Energy Work Training & Academy of Attunement.
