Join us for a powerful Trap Chi class at the Casa de Healing ! We are on our 3rd tour and our second stop is our home base LA! Last time we were here it was magical, I know this time will be even better! Trap Chi is a unique blend of traditional Tai Chi and trap music instrumentals! You can expect yoga, affirmations, breath work, sound bowl healing, live music and comedy, vendors, meditation and community building. ASL interpretation available.
