You’ve already been to the intro Big Leap event and identified your leap. Now it’s time to bring it into existence. This is the place where you look back a year from now at your life and see all the things you’ve created and realize ground zero was in this room and putting it into action. The Big Leap Accelerator is a weekly space for turning the idea, decision, or possibility into something real. Rather than trying to do it all out alone, you get to spend intentional time speaking your leap into existence, getting feedback, learning from others, and taking real action towards it. What we’ll do: 5:15 — doors open! 5:30 — Arrive & Big Leap Exercise We’ll start by reconnecting with the leap you’re creating and getting clear on what needs to happen next. Leap Principles Bring your questions, challenges, and stuck points. I’ll share principles that accelerate and give perspective for you and the leap you’re taking. Leap In-The-Middle 1-2 people will share in front of the group a big leap they’ve gone through. Group Shares & Exercises You’ll share your leap with others who are building something of their own, get new perspectives, and explore possibilities together. 7:00 - You’ll leave the room having actually worked on your leap with concrete insight and a next move you can take immediately. What this might look like Maybe you’ve been saying, “I want to start the company,” but you keep waiting until you have the perfect plan. Or “I want to leave my job and build something of my own,” but you haven’t taken a real step towards it. Or you know exactly what you want to create, but you keep finding reasons to wait. This is the space to bring it into the room, say it out loud, work through what’s in the way, and move it forward. You don't need to have it figured out. You just need to have a Big Leap you're excited to create.
