At the same time, program offices face shrinking headcount, rising complexity, and relentless demand for efficiency. AI isn’t the whole answer, but it’s becoming impossible to imagine a solution without it.
In just the past year, expectations have shifted: government teams are moving routine work off their plates and reserving more time for judgment, strategy, and collaboration—even as output increases. The cultural change is as significant as the technology itself.
