Sound and Solidarity

◕‿◕Moving with the intention of sound and solidarity, we invite you to gather with us for a restorative yoga/gentle movement practice and sound bath. As we move through this summer season, may we gather to continue our collective commitments to both ourselves and our communities.
Please pay what you can and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Operation Olive Branch. To secure your spot, please show a donation receipt when you arrive; we will also be taking Venmo’s to donate on your behalf and will share all receipts for transparency.
This event will be outdoors — please bring a mat and/or blanket to practice on. If you have any questions, feel free to DM us!

Charisma dances in the realms of sound healing, the Akashic Records, and is a therapist. Ria is a yoga practitioner, aspiring yoga therapist, and scholar exploring the confluences between theory and history and embodied practices including meditative asana, reiki, and tarot.
