🤸🏽‍♀️ Yoga led by Chanel 🎧 Sound Bath by Julia, Aligning With You Collective Ease into your Sunday evening with a grounding and energizing yoga sculpt class led by Chanel, followed by a relaxing and recharging sound bath led by Julia. This experience will allow you to release and reset for the fall season and will leave you feeling high on good energy and provide a little reset before the new week ahead. After the yoga class and sound bath, guests will be able to socialize in community together 🛍 each guest gets a wellness goodie bag 🧘 Bring your own workout mat & water bottle 🐾 For the month of September I'll be doing a supply drive for Westend Shelter, a non-kill animal shelter! Every event I'll have a box out if you wanted to donate supplies: 📋 examples: blankets, wet &/or dry cat and dog food, enrichment toys, cat litter, cleaning supplies, towels, heavy duty trash bags, laundry detergent, scrubs for staff, pet carriers, leashes, collars, bowls
