Our Ancestor's Wildest Dreams
Join us in the lush Oakland redwoods for an intimate one day Ancestral Healing & Family Constellations Retreat.
Together, we will honor our ancestors and tap into the places you may feel challenged, stuck, or are witnessing yourself repeating a pattern and you suspect it has to do with your ancestry or lineage. Challenges could be around scarcity/abundance, love/relationships, domestic violence, immigration, belonging, mother/daughter, father/son, parent/child etc.
What is Ancestral Constellations?
Ancestral Constellations is a powerful modality where you explore your familial line and how connections both past and present influence the family system now. This will be guided by trained Ancestral Coach & Constellations Facilitator, Ana Polanco, who uses a trauma-informed and decolonized lens. Ancestral constellations work can support people in accessing greater resilience, feeling more power in their bodies and leaving with a deeper sense of peace.
