At this Coffee Salon, join an intimate (max: 12 people) & facilitated discussion around what it takes to move past the bizarre and intrusive to achieve the economic and social outcomes it touts.
In this session, we will look at:
• Which values we're really affirming when we turn founders into prophets — and what gets erased from the story of every company that actually lasted
• How the discipline that would have kept the focus on real problems and human interaction missed its chance to mandate a seat at the table
• Why the obsession with speed is the industry's own kind of substance problem, and which tradeoffs are being made, intentionally or not.
