The Coney Island Mölkky Open is a doubles Mölkky tournament, hosted on the beach in Coney Island. All are welcome, including beginners. We will be hosting the fourth annual Coney Island Mölkky Open, a casual doubles tournament of Europe's number one outdoor game. We will play on the beach in Coney Island. We hope to play in front of the Thunderbolt Coaster on Coney Island, though we may move somewhat down the beach if necessary to secure a good space. Sign up as a team of two for the event, or email us if you need help finding a partner and we will connect you with others looking for a teammate. We will aim to meet at 1PM and the tournament will begin at 1:30. We will play a pool round to seed a single-elimination bracket. We anticipate the tournament will conclude around 4 or 5, though this will depend on attendance. All skill levels are welcome. If you have not played Mölkky before, we can teach you how. It is both simple and delightful. Let us know if you have a Mölkky set that you could bring.
