On 28 May, The DANCE: Between Polarity concludes its European tour with a final exhibition at BAGASSERIA Gallery, located on Via dell’Agnolo in the heart of Florence. Set within the city’s rich artistic landscape, the closing show offers a culminating moment of reflection and resonance. Featuring Bailey & Christi Lalonde, the Costa Rica–based artist duo, the exhibition presents their signature figurative, abstract expressionist works centered on boxing and the female form—exploring themes of strength and vulnerability, tension and release, through dynamic gesture and movement. Alongside them, works by Samuele Alfani introduce a complementary perspective, expanding the dialogue between contemporary practices within this historic setting. Presented with art management by Martin Sky and powered by isee.art, the exhibition reflects a forward-thinking approach to artistic careers while remaining grounded in the physical and emotional immediacy of the work itself. As the final chapter of the tour, this closing event brings together collectors, curators, and invited guests for an intimate encounter with the artists’ vision—where contrast, energy, and form come into balance one last time.
