Join Connor Hollis, owner and founder of Steep Valley Tea, as he guides you through the basics of Gong Fu Cha, a traditional Chinese tea brewing method.
While learning through both watching techniques and practicing them, you'll also get to learn about tea as a plant, as a drink, and as a cultural practice.
In the two hour session, you'll get to taste 3-4 teas made with different processing methods, and learn what about their production and growing practices makes them so different.
Please note that the teas used in this class are caffeinated.
There will also be loose leaf tea available for purchase after the class.
