Sunday Yin Ritual
Join us for this new Hybrid (both virtual and in-person) Yin Yoga every Sunday!
During times of uncertainty I have found creating rituals can help to ground. This class is just that creating ritual within your yin practice. We will gradually explore small rituals each week in class with plenty of Yin!
When: Every Sunday 6:00 - 7:00 pm (starts Feb 2nd)
Where: Virtual (link provided upon sign up) & 4 spots available at the new Pilates Apothecary location 1101 E 6th Street
