She advises both public and private companies with an emphasis on early stage ventures and their investors. - Jamie Shea is a senior iGaming and sports betting executive with more than 30 years of experience leading operations, VIP strategy, and growth across top real money gaming brands. She played a pivotal leadership role in building and scaling the sports betting business at DraftKings and now serves as Executive Vice President at SimWin, overseeing operations, monetization, and player lifecycle for the company's virtual sports ecosystem. Moderator - Kamini Manivannan is the CEO and Founder of Laces Sports, a sports education platform teaching women, casual fans, and beginners how to understand and enjoy sports through bite sized, judgment free learning. She previously served as a Data Science Manager at the NFL focused on fan engagement, with additional experience at the USTA and Brooklyn Nets, and holds an MS in Data Science from Northwestern University.
